TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Agreement Reference
This document outlines the terms and conditions applicable to the contract you have signed, relating to deposits paid. Hereinafter, DJ Alacran and Alacran Entertainment will collectively be referred to as "Alacran Entertainment."

2. Service Agreement
Alacran Entertainment agrees to provide DJ services to the Purchaser at the specified location.

3. Nature of Services
The DJ service will primarily involve musical entertainment via recorded music.

4. Professional Control
Alacran Entertainment shall maintain full control over the program and the services rendered.

5. Event Details
The DJ service will be provided on the following date(s) and at the specified times:

6. Payment Terms
The Purchaser agrees to the following payment terms:

• A non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure Alacran Entertainment’s services, which will be applied against the total performance fee.

• Any requested services extending beyond the agreed time frame will incur a charge of $100.00 per hour, payable on the engagement day.

• While extending performance time may not always be possible, requests will be accommodated where feasible.

7. Liability and Cancellation
Alacran Entertainment's performance is contingent upon conditions beyond its control such as accidents, inclement weather, or acts of God. If Alacran Entertainment cannot provide a replacement DJ, the Purchaser will receive a full refund. The liability is limited to the performance fee only; indirect or consequential damages are not the responsibility of Alacran Entertainment.

8. Recording and Media Policy
No performance shall be recorded or transmitted unless a specific written agreement exists. Private recording by the Purchaser is permitted. Cancellation of this contract must be mutually agreed upon in writing. In case of contract breach, the Purchaser is liable for agreed wages and legal fees. The Purchaser assumes liability for any injuries or damages that occur on the premises due to their guests or representatives.

9. Safety and Environment
For outdoor events, the Purchaser must provide overhead shelter for the DJ's equipment. Alacran Entertainment reserves the right to terminate a performance if there is a perceived threat to safety or equipment. Any delay or equipment damage due to insufficient power supply will be the Purchaser's responsibility.

10. Setup and Venue Requirements
Alacran Entertainment requires a designated 6’x6’ area, a reliable 15-20 amp power source within 50 feet, and access for setup. Charges for additional labor or late setup/takedown will apply as specified.

11. Travel Policies
There are no travel charges for events within the Las Vegas/Henderson metroplex. Events outside this area will incur a $0.50 per mile charge. For engagements exceeding 250 miles, accommodations must be provided by the Purchaser.

12. Authority Representation
The individual signing this contract affirms they are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter this agreement. All attachments are part of this contract.

13. Governing Law
This contract is governed by the laws of Nevada. Any disputes will be handled in Clark County.

14. Indemnification
The Purchaser agrees to indemnify Alacran Entertainment from any claims resulting from the performance.

15. Confidentiality and Recording
Alacran Entertainment will record audio and potentially live broadcast events via its website. If the Purchaser prefers not to have their event recorded, a written request must be made prior to the event.

16. Agreement Finalization
This agreement is binding only once signed by both parties and may not be altered except through written consent.

TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES

1. Referencia del Acuerdo: Este documento describe los términos y condiciones aplicables al contrato que usted ha firmado, en relación con los depósitos pagados. En adelante, DJ Alacran y Alacran Entertainment se denominarán colectivamente "Alacran Entertainment".

2. Contrato de Servicio: Alacran Entertainment se compromete a prestar servicios de DJ al Comprador en la ubicación especificada.

3. Naturaleza de los Servicios: El servicio de DJ consistirá principalmente en entretenimiento musical mediante música grabada.

4. Control Profesional: Alacran Entertainment mantendrá el control total sobre el programa y los servicios prestados.

5. Detalles del Evento: El servicio de DJ se prestará en la(s) siguiente(s) fecha(s) y en los horarios especificados: Fecha(s): ___________________________________ Hora(s) de Inicio: ______ a. m./p. m. Hora(s) de Finalización: ______ a. m./p. m.

6. Condiciones de Pago: El Comprador acepta las siguientes condiciones de pago:

Se requiere una tarifa de reserva no reembolsable para contratar los servicios de Alacran Entertainment, que se descontará del total de la tarifa de la actuación.

Cualquier servicio solicitado que se extienda más allá del tiempo acordado tendrá un cargo de $100.00 por hora, pagadero el día de la contratación.

Si bien no siempre es posible extender la duración de la presentación, se atenderán las solicitudes siempre que sea posible.

7. Responsabilidad y Cancelación: La presentación de Alacran Entertainment está sujeta a circunstancias fuera de su control, como accidentes, mal tiempo o casos fortuitos. Si Alacran Entertainment no puede proporcionar un DJ de reemplazo, el Comprador recibirá un reembolso completo. La responsabilidad se limita únicamente al honorario de la presentación; los daños indirectos o consecuentes no son responsabilidad de Alacran Entertainment.

8. Política de Grabación y Medios: No se grabará ni transmitirá ninguna presentación a menos que exista un acuerdo escrito específico. Se permite la grabación privada por parte del Comprador. La cancelación de este contrato debe acordarse mutuamente por escrito. En caso de incumplimiento del contrato, el Comprador será responsable de los salarios acordados y los honorarios legales. El Comprador asume la responsabilidad por cualquier lesión o daño que ocurra en las instalaciones debido a sus invitados o representantes. 9. Seguridad y Medio Ambiente. Para eventos al aire libre, el Comprador debe proporcionar un techo para el equipo del DJ. Alacran Entertainment se reserva el derecho de suspender una actuación si se percibe una amenaza para la seguridad o el equipo. Cualquier retraso o daño al equipo debido a un suministro eléctrico insuficiente será responsabilidad del Comprador.

10. Requisitos de Montaje y Lugar. Alacran Entertainment requiere un área designada de 1.83 m x 1.83 m, una fuente de alimentación confiable de 15-20 amperios a menos de 15 metros y acceso para el montaje. Se aplicarán cargos por mano de obra adicional o por montaje/desmontaje tardío, según se especifique.

11. Políticas de Viaje. No hay cargos por viaje para eventos dentro del área metropolitana de Las Vegas/Henderson. Los eventos fuera de esta área tendrán un cargo de $0.50 por milla. Para eventos que superen las 250 millas, el Comprador deberá proporcionar el alojamiento.

12. Declaración de Autoridad. La persona que firma este contrato declara tener al menos 18 años y estar autorizada para celebrar este acuerdo. Todos los anexos forman parte de este contrato. 13. Ley Aplicable: Este contrato se rige por las leyes de Nevada. Cualquier disputa se resolverá en el Condado de Clark.

14. Indemnización: El Comprador se compromete a indemnizar a Alacran Entertainment por cualquier reclamación derivada de la actuación.

15. Confidencialidad y Grabación: Alacran Entertainment grabará el audio y, posiblemente, transmitirá los eventos en vivo a través de su sitio web. Si el Comprador prefiere que no se grabe su evento, deberá solicitarlo por escrito antes del evento.

16. Finalización del Acuerdo: Este acuerdo es vinculante solo una vez firmado por ambas partes y no podrá modificarse sin consentimiento por escrito.
