Booking Process
Initial Consultation
Contact us with your event details. We'll discuss your vision, music preferences, and specific requirements. Call us at 702-612-6400 or fill out the contact form below.
Custom Quote
Receive a personalized quote based on your event type, duration, date, and location.
Deposit & Agreement
Secure your date with a 50% deposit. We'll provide a detailed service agreement.
Final Confirmation
30 days before your event, we confirm all details and finalize arrangements.

DJ ALACRAN arrives early for setup and delivers an unforgettable experience.
Event Requirements
Venue Access
Safe, accessible venue with adequate space for DJ equipment setup (minimum 10x10 ft area).
Power Supply
Reliable electrical outlets (minimum 2 dedicated 110V outlets) within 25 feet of DJ booth. For events with more than 350 people, we will need a 30amp power supply.
Sound System
Professional sound system or we can provide equipment rental for additional fee.
Event Details
Guest count, event duration, music preferences, and any special requests or dedications.
Advance Notice
Minimum 2 weeks notice for standard bookings; rush bookings available upon request.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation 60+ Days Before Event
Full refund of deposit minus $100 administrative fee.
Cancellation 30-59 Days Before Event
50% refund of deposit. Remaining 50% credited toward future events.
Cancellation Less Than 30 Days
No refund. However, you may reschedule for another date within 12 months.
Rescheduling
Free rescheduling to any available date within 12 months of original booking.
Weather/Force Majeure
In case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we'll reschedule at no additional cost.
